We test by PCR 6x per year and our frogs are under constant supervision and monitoring.  They are very much able to tolerate shipping conditions most days of the year from Southern Michigan.  We ship in wet foam/moss and boxes designed for minimal stress to the frogs.  We may require health and housing information from your institution before shipping frogs.  If you have specific pathogens of concern let us know.
